Commissioned by the London Heritage Quarter, Russell was chosen to create a lion to celebrate The World Cup 2026 . Part of Pride in The Quarter - a public trail across Westminster.

Placed in Great Scotland Yard, Whitehall, the illustration weaves the historical policing past with the present venue and famous global competition.
